Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You choose a template and fill in your details from your Hutbay dashboard. There is nothing to install, host or update, and no code to touch at any point.
Do I have to re-enter my listings?
Never. Your website reads the listings you already manage on Hutbay. Publish, edit or take down a property there and your website follows within minutes.
How soon does my website go live?
You can preview it privately from the moment you create it. A new website is checked by our team before its first publish; once it has been approved, publishing and unpublishing are in your hands and take effect right away.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Every site starts on yourname.realtyweb.ng. On plans that include a custom domain you can also connect one you own, like www.yourbrand.com, from the Domains screen. Your dashboard shows the exact DNS records to add, and HTTPS is set up automatically once they resolve.
Where do enquiries go?
Into your Hutbay Messages, tagged with the property the visitor was looking at, so you can reply from the same place you handle every other lead. Call, WhatsApp and phone-reveal taps are counted in your website analytics.
Will my email address be published?
No. Your website shows only what you typed into your website settings — phone, WhatsApp, address, socials. Your email address is used to notify you of enquiries and never appears on a page, in the footer, or in the site's structured data.
Can I take the site offline?
Yes. Unpublishing hides the site immediately and keeps every setting, so you can put it back up later exactly as it was.
